Keep Showing Up Without Running On Empty.
Some days take more out of you than others.
RootCause teaches practical tools you can use to quickly settle down, reset, recover and get yourself ready for whatever comes next.
Start with a few minutes. See what you notice.
No yoga mat or stretch pants necessary.
Sometimes You Get 30 Steps. Sometimes 30 Seconds.
A nurse may have 30 steps between patients.
A teacher may get 30 seconds before the next question.
A first responder may get only a brief pause before the road clears and everything starts moving again.
Those little spaces count.
Once you have a few useful tools, even a short pause can become a chance to drop some tension, reset and prepare for what comes next.

Your Body Has Been Talking All Along
Tired is information. Pain is information. Restless is information.
So are comfortable, strong, energized and ready.
Your body is constantly giving you direction. The better you recognize the signals, the easier it becomes to choose how to support what it needs.
RELAX → RELEASE → RESTORE → RECHARGE

STARTUP SEQUENCE
Before the calls, messages, traffic and responsibilities start loading, give yourself a few minutes to come online.
Learn a simple beginning, a few basic practices and a clean finish you can use in ten minutes—or much less when that's all you've got.
The coffee isn't going anywhere.
You don't have to give it up though you may just want to reconsider when you drink it. Learn to recharge before you enjoy the first sip.
Learn the Basics. Then Make Them Yours.
Learn a few ways to begin.
Learn a few ways to finish.
In between, explore individual practices you can use for 30 seconds, two minutes or ten minutes.
Use one or combine a few.
The more frequently you practice, even if only for short periods, the greater the reserve that can be developed. It doesn't take much other than some self love.
There is no prize for knowing the most techniques. The prize is in knowing how to refill your cup of energy to get through the challenges ahead
The point is having something useful when you need it.
Whether you realize it or not, you know what you need better than anyone. We help you to discover the tools your circumstances need.
Curious, but not sure?
Try it for yourself.

Meet Jeff G
I've spent most of my life working with my hands, pushing my body, breaking it and learning through recovery. Always trying to understand how to make things work better.
The human body is the most sophisticated piece of machinery each of us will ever operate yet we are not given a users manual or much instruction.
Over 40 years of practice recovering from injuries, illness and fatigue. All of this recovery and experimentation have shaped a simple approach: pay attention, learn what works and alweays keep practicing and learning.
Western medicine has saved my life multiple times. I'm grateful for it however it also has limits.
RootCause has grown from everything I have learned in the spaces between what medicine could do for me and what I eventually had to learn to do for myself.
I'm not here to fix anyone. I teach tools. Using them to support what your body needs to keep moving through the challenges is the mission.
